Onix provides design, development, and marketing services, including UX/UI design, design systems, branding, website development, and growth marketing. Final scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or proposals.

While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance results. Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

All concepts, designs, and materials shared prior to a formal agreement remain the intellectual property of Onix. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred as defined in the signed agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets. Delays in communication may impact timelines.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. NDAs can be signed if required.

Payment terms, billing structure, and engagement model (fixed or retainer) are outlined in individual contracts or proposals.

Onix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the terms defined in the agreement. Work completed up to termination remains billable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, with consideration for international client engagements where required.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
